L & J Feed started over 40 years ago selling alfalfa out of a self-storage shed in South Kelso. They moved to the AP Mill site in the early 1980’s. When Bill Gates bought the buildings for the old growth timber, L & J Feed moved to 531 14th Avenue where they still are today. In 2002, L & J Feed opened up their second store in Woodland Washington at 336 Davidson Avenue. Many people ask us if we are a “Farm” Family since we own two feed stores. Although we own farmland in Eastern Oregon, we have never lived or ran a farm. We do, though, have a love of animals and the farming lifestyle. Lyle is a retired chemical engineer from R&W and David has a degree in Asian Studies from the University of Puget Sound. |
